Gyeongbokgung Palace 경복궁 & King Sejong Story 세종 이야기

Let's go to Gyeongbokgung Palace (again) !

My friends and i went to Gyeongbokgung Palace last saturday. Last saturday is Tanumporn's birthday !

We went to Gyeongbokgung for a mission only -- to wear hanbok.

Admission fee is KRW 3,000

This time i prepared - make up a bit, tied my hair..
my last hanbok experience was very awful because my hair is not tidy, etc.

My friends and me using palace girls' types of hanbok.

I think the hanbok is kinda loose for me.
But anyway, i was surprised when i wear hanbok, i feel quite warm!
Much warmer than my 100% polyester jacket!

We can wear hanbok for free in Gyeongbokgung.
You can choose to wear palace women's hanbok or soldiers' suit ! (yes you can use soldiers' suit even though you are a woman).
They give you 5 minutes time to take pictures around the area.

After 5 minutes, we done with our hanbok pictures and we were heading to King Sejong Story !

Took a picture with one of the guards. It feels awkward so my face looks awkward too in the pic! :P
It's so funny i greeted him "Annyeong haseyo?" and said "Gamsahamnida" to him but he cannot do anything,
he must stay still. Therefore i feel like i was talking to a statue :P

Let's go to King Sejong Story!
But first, you should cross to the Gwanghwamun Square first!

Arrived at King Sejong Story !

How to reach here? Just go to Gwanghwamun Square to the King Sejong statue,
there is a passage behind the statue. Just enter it ! ^^ free admission ~

There's also about Admiral Yi Shun Shin in this exhibition hall.

His famous work - the turtle ships. This is the replica, smaller than the real one.

Watch some stories about Admiral Yi's battles.
